In the year 1991, he started his own accounting firm in
the name and style of M/s Sudhir Malik & Associates, which was later renamed
as MSN & Co. The firm has been providing professional services in the field
of Financial and Economic viability of infrastructure projects, Corporate Accounting,
Auditing, Corporate Law, Income Tax, FEMA, SIA-FIPB approvals, Indirect Taxes and
Commercial areas catering to Corporate,
